Last week was the first week I actually buckled down to study for the GRE. My legs are itching to get outside, but I know that I must stay in and study. Has anyone ever experienced insomnia as a result of not working out?

My legs would ache when I was racing bikes if I did not ride for 5-7 days. If I went on a hammer fest it got better. I too sleep better if I do some moderate workouts. If I do hard workouts I sleep lightly, and usually wake some.

Yep. Cant sleep, cant concentrate, get cabin fever, leg pains, shoulder pains, short tempered and irritable. Generally an unpleasant experience solved super easily by running around for a bit!
