			<description><![CDATA[ Unfortunately, my infant daughter's nutritionist believes she may have a milk intolerance so I am going on a dairy-free diet to see if it helps stop some of her symptoms (vomiting, gas, congestion, constipation, etc.)&nbsp; Does anyone eat dairy-free and can give me some helpful tips on how to substitute certain things for milk?&nbsp; I like almond milk and have no problem switching that out from regular milk but what about cheese?&nbsp; I know that is going to be the hardest for me not to mention, milk is in everything!&nbsp; Any help would be great.&nbsp; Thank you! ]]></description>
